2 Left Legs is a satirical expression of the Nigerian concept of marriage, motherhood and polygamy at the grass roots.The play is basically set up in a middle class environment. Jethro Taiye who is the main character, works an auto mechanic. He loves his job and family. Ajike who happens to be his wife is a fish seller and has just a son named Dele. The Jethro family lived an exemplary life until he got himself involved in a sympathetic affair with an iced water seller called Abeni.
